This blend is served in all of Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistros and Bakeries. From Manhattan to Beverly Hills and back to Yountville where it all started, the Bouchon Blend is designed to satisfy a variety of tastes. For those that seek rich, smooth and layered flavors, this blend will consistently and effortlessly please. Incidentally, we find that this coffee compliments the bakery’s signature macaron quite well.
