This fully washed Yirgacheffe coffee is certified organic and Fair Trade. Produced by the Dama Primary Cooperative, a group that is made up of 1,966 individual farmers who live in the area around the town of Dilla in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone. The Dama group was founded in 1975 and currently has nearly 3,300 acres under cultivation. This co-op is organized together with other farmer groups in the well respected Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU).

Cupping notes

Crisp, sweet, clean and delicate. A floral-toned cup that displays a cornucopia of rich fruit flavors including cherry, pineapple and tangerine.
