From 2,500-2,800 feet above sea level, almost double the average elevation of most Kona farms. Harvested in late summer, on a part of the farm where flowering is seen throughout the year, which means an earlier and longer harvest season than coffee grown at lower elevations.

Special Roast Days

Due to limited availability and to maintain freshness, we will be roasting this coffee once a week on Mondays. Order a bag now and we will roast and ship the following Monday.

Cupping Notes

A light roast highlights floral and fruit notes. A balance of sweet-toned stone fruit, crisp citrus and delicate jasmine.
