El Salvador Buenos Aires Fermentation Collection Tasting

Collaborating with coffee producer Aida Batlle, Equator took a washed bourbon from coffee farm Buenos Aires in El Salvador and added two different strains of yeast to the fermentation process. 

We will be hosting a public cupping to highlight the uniqueness of these coffees and we hope you will join us!  Representatives from Equator Coffees and Scott Laboratories, a Sonoma-based wine, beer and spirits labratory, will be on-site for this special tasting experience.

All three of these lots of coffee are currently available as a pour over in our cafes.
