How do I order online for Equator Cafes?
You can place your cafe orders online here.
Create an account, or log in, and select the Equator Cafe location of your choice to place your order. In addition to placing your order and browsing our cafe menu, you can see your available rewards, view your past order history, and add new registered cards.
After placing your order, you will see an estimated pick up time for pickup at your selected Equator cafe.
Every time you make a purchase with one of your registered cards — online, on the app, or in person — you will earn Tiger Points.
How do I place an order using the Equator App?
After downloading the Equator App and creating an account, select the Equator Cafe location of your choice and begin browsing the menu to place your first order.
Once you proceed to checkout, register a credit card, confirm your Equator Cafe pickup location, and finalize your order. Your order will soon be available for pickup at your selected Equator Cafe.
You automatically earn Tiger Points with every purchase you make on the Equator App!
How do I start earning Tiger Points?
To start earning Tiger Points, register one or more credit cards on either your Equator App or our Order Ahead online dashboard.
With every purchase you make using a registered card, you will earn Tiger Points. You have the option to register multiple credit cards on your account; purchases made on all of them will all contribute towards the same Tiger Points total.
How can I register a credit card?
Registering a card makes it easier to place your orders and start earning Tiger Points. You can register your preferred credit cards on both the Equator App and our online Order Ahead online dashboard.
To register a card on the Equator App, open the menu and click on Register Cards. Click Add a new card to register a new credit card for your account. Existing cards can be removed by clicking Edit.
To register a card on our Order Ahead online dashboard, click on the profile icon and click on Saved Cards to register a new credit card for your account. Existing cards can be removed by clicking the trash can icon beside the card.
Registered cards will earn Tiger Points, wherever and whenever you use them for purchases at an Equator Cafe. If removed, a registered card will no longer continue earning Tiger Points.
Do you store my credit card information?
No— because both our app and online dashboard are integrated with financial services like VISA & Mastercard, your credit card information remains secure and fully encrypted.
We never see, alter, or save your credit card information — VISA, Mastercard, etc. just mark your card as enrolled with our Thanx, our app & order ahead provider.
Do I need to be logged in to earn Tiger Points?
You must be logged in to redeem rewards using your Tiger Points, but not to earn them!
Registered cards will earn you Tiger Points, wherever and whenever you use them for purchases at an Equator Cafe— online, on the app, and in person.
You can redeem rewards using your Tiger Points at any time from both the Equator App and our Order Ahead online dashboard.
Where can I find my Tiger Points total?
You can see your Tiger Points progress at any time from both the Equator App and our Order Ahead online dashboard.
To check your Tiger Points total on the Equator App, open the menu and click on Rewards. Your current Tiger Points total will be displayed below, along with a list of available rewards to spend your points on.
To check your Tiger Points total on our Order Ahead online dashboard, click on the All Rewards drop-down menu in the upper righthand corner of your screen. Your current Tiger Points total will be displayed below, along with a list of available rewards to spend your points on.
How can I redeem a reward?
Tiger Points can be redeemed for Rewards: we have a variety of rewards tiers to choose from, ranging from a free cup of coffee to a free Chemex.
You can redeem your Tiger Points for rewards at any time from both the Equator App or our Order Ahead online portal.
To redeem rewards using the Equator App:
1. Add the items you’d like to order and open your Cart by clicking the cart icon.
2. Eligible rewards will appear above; scroll through the available tiers and select “Apply Reward” to redeem Tiger Points for the reward of your choice. Only one reward can be applied per order.
3. The applicable item discount will automatically be reflected in your order total below.
4. Click Continue to proceed to checkout and finish redeeming your reward.
To redeem rewards using the Order Ahead online portal:
1. Add the items you’d like to order and open your Cart by clicking the cart icon.
2. Eligible rewards will appear above; scroll through the available tiers and select “Apply Reward” to redeem Tiger Points for the reward of your choice. Only one reward can be applied per order.

Where are these rewards redeemable?
Tiger Points can be used to redeem Cafe Rewards at any Equator Cafe location. Just be sure to select the cafe of your choice during checkout.
Cafe Rewards must be redeemed using the Equator App or our Order Ahead online dashboard. In person orders earn you Tiger Points, but are not eligible for reward redemption.
Tiger Points are for use on cafe orders with the Equator App and our Order Ahead online dashboard only, and are not eligible for use with orders placed at equatorcoffees.com.
Can I still use my existing $5 OFF cafe reward?
Yes you can! You will continue to see your existing $5 OFF cafe reward listed under your rewards, available to be used with any future order.
Do I lose my existing progress towards a $5 OFF cafe reward?
Any existing progress you previously had towards a $5 OFF cafe reward will be replaced by the exact equivalent value in Tiger Points. Your progress has just been transferred to our points program.
$1 spent at an Equator Cafe earns you 1 Tiger Point.
Do Tiger Points ever expire?
If left unredeemed in your account, Tiger Points will expire 12 months after your last registered purchase.
How do I contact support?
To contact support with any questions about our cafe rewards program, open the menu in your Equator App and click on Support. From here, you can view a more extensive app FAQ list or submit a support ticket to our team.
