Ethiopia Wushwush
A hit on our summer menu as single origin espresso, our roasting team is now re-approaching this coffee with an ideal light roast for pour over, yielding a clean and complex cup with notes of dried apricot and warm baking spices.
This washed-process coffee was produced by smallholder farmers in the town of Wushwush, located in Ethiopia's Kafa region: widely recognized as the birthplace of coffee.
