We are unable to accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we want you to love our coffee as much as we do and are always here to help.

In the case of incorrect, damaged, or missing items from your order, please reach out to us within thirty (30) days of purchase and we will make it right. Be sure to include your order number (ie. #EQ123456) as well as any pertinent details or photos.

To cancel or modify an online order that you have just placed, please get in touch with our team immediately and we will do our very best to make your requested changes prior to fulfillment.

Gear & Merchandise

We accept returns on all non-consumable items, including brewing gear, drinkware, apparel, and other merchandise, within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number (ie. #EQ123456) as well as any pertinent details or photos. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

If your gear or apparel item is damaged in transit, please document the damage with photos and pass those along to our customer service team by email. This helps us in our follow-up communications with shipping partners like USPS or UPS.
