Super Bloom is our light roast for the spring season, comprised of coffees from Peru and Ethiopia bursting with fruity and floral notes of strawberry shortcake, violet, and mandarin orange.

5% of every bag sold will support a year-long soil productivity assessment across 450 member-owned coffee parcels at Sol y Café in Peru, strengthening long-term farm health and sustainability. This year, our importer partner Sustainable Harvest will match those funds — doubling the impact at origin.

This year’s iteration of Super Bloom is centered around two washed coffees from Peru. The first is from our long-term partnership with the Sol y Café cooperative. When this coffee arrived our team noted that it was one of the best harvests we have received from the cooperative with a clean acidity and delicate fruitiness.

To this we added a coffee from the Norandino cooperative. This coffee contributes a delightful strawberry note that fits beautifully with this blend’s intention to embrace spring.

We rounded the blend out with a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia’s celebrated Guji zone. This coffee helps build out the juicy, full body of this blend, as well as contributing to the overall fruity and floral notes.
