Our Regenerative Organic Certified® Espresso Roast is made with coffees grown using regenerative farming practices that help heal the earth. This seasonally evolving blend supports a farming method that revitalizes soil health, promotes biodiversity, and combats climate change.

This iteration pairs washed- and natural-process lots from Procafe Cooperative: a longtime producer partner of ours based in the Madriz growing region of Nicaragua. These coffee bring a deep, dark sweetness and rich nuttiness that truly shine as cold brew.

A relatively new and all encompassing certification, Regenerative Organic Certified®, combines aspects of both Organic and Fair Trade certifications.

Climate change is disproportionately affecting the tropical and subtropical regions where coffee is grown:

- 50% of global land area suitable for coffee production may be lost by 2050 due to climate change

- 60% of coffee species are considered at high risk of extinction

- 25M smallholder coffee growers are at risk of losing their primary source of income due to declining coffee yields
