
Behind the Blend
Helen Russell's time as a student at Northeastern helped to provide her with an early vision of a business of her own that would be a force for good in the world. Decades later, Equator Coffees co-founder Helen (Class of '88) has proudly returned to partner with Northeastern University to create their brand new legacy blend, setting an example to current class of aspiring women entrepreneurs of what can be possible with the right training, dedication, and commitment to making a positive impact.

0:40 - 150g pour
2:00 - Stir & plunge
Great for emphasizing depth and richness, AeroPress brews one small strong cup of coffee at a time and is perfect to travel with.

Hario Mizudashi
Ratio: 1:12
Coffee: 100g
Water: 1200g
Brew Steps:
1. Gently pour 94g & stir
2. Continue with 63g pours (no stir)
3. 12-14hr extraction in fridge
