Origin Story

Region: Chinacla
Producer:

Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera

Variety: Catuai
Altitude: 4,900-5,400
Milling: Natural
The heart of this blend comes from Finca El Puente in Honduras’s Chinacla region, grown in sandy, clay-loam soil among the Montecillos mountains. The coffees are planted among native trees and newly added fruit trees to promote local wildlife, and the farm limits water waste and emphasizes biodiverse ecosystems.
Region: Gedeo Zone
Producer:

Yitagesu Bulbula

Variety: Kurume, Wolisho
Altitude: 7,300 feet
Milling: Natural
To add a sparkling acidity, we included a vibrant natural-process coffee from Asgori Washing Station in the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia. The station promotes sustainable coffee production through shade-grown agroforestry, climate-smart farmer training, responsible cherry selection, and raised-bed drying.
Region: La Libertad, Huehuetenango
Producer:

Vides58 Coffee

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra
Altitude: 3,700-5,500 feet
Milling: Washed
A rich and cocoa-forward washed coffee from Finca La Bolsa in Guatemala’s La Libertad region rounds out the blend. The farm is carbon-positive, meaning its conservation and tree cover more than offset the carbon output of its operations.
