The base of this espresso is a bright and structured washed-process coffee the slopes surrounding the legendary Lake Atitlán, reflecting the raw beauty of Guatemala’s highlands.

Coffee: 18g

Water: 36g

Brew Steps:

1. Fill portafilter and tamp

2. Insert into machine

2. Brew for 27 seconds

Espresso is known for its intensly concentrated flavors. Enjoy it alone or pair it with steamed milk for a match made in caffeine heaven.

1. Heat water to 200°

2. Reattach brew basket

3. Heat to begin brew

Sometimes called stovetop espresso, the Moka Pot is a classic brew method that uses pressurized water to brew a very strong cup of coffee.
