The foundation of Golden Hour is a natural-processed coffee from Fazenda California in Brazil's Paraná state, produced by renowned farmer and agronomist Luiz Saldanha, whose structured, nutty flavor profile anchors the blend.

The second component is a natural-processed coffee from Papua New Guinea's Jiwaka highlands, made possible through a collaboration between Monpi Coffee and the Kindeng Wet Mill, lending a vibrant, fruit-forward character to the blend.
