Our Sunnyside Breakfast Blend unites three coffees, each chosen for its unique character and contribution to the cup. The foundation of the blend comes from Las Rosas, by a group of women farmers in the Huila region of southern Colombia. These producers are part of the Association of Women Coffee Growers of West Huila (Asociación de Mujeres Cafeteras del Occidente del Huila), which makes up the Las Rosas Women’s Coffee Project. This initiative is a collaboration between multiple organizations, created to support the women of Las Rosas through economic opportunity, social empowerment, and a shared commitment to coffee quality.

To this rich base we added two coffees from Ethiopia, one washed process and one natural process. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee and contains an incredible diversity of heirloom varieties, called landraces. The sweet and fruity notes of these two coffees are a beautiful compliment to the rich chocolate and nut flavors provided by the Colombian coffee. Together, these three coffees create a blend that is balanced, sweet, and approachable—perfect for any time of day.
