The foundation coffee of Sunnyside Breakfast was grown on the slopes surrounding the legendary Lake Atitlán, providing a naturally bright, structured, and rich base.
Region: Boyaca, Cundinamarca

To this rich base we add a Colombian coffee with a bright and complex acidity, lending subtle notes of citrus, grapefruit, roasted nuts, and cocoa.

2. Wait for water to heat

Coffee: 100g

Water: 1200g

Brew Steps:

1. Gently pour 94g & stir

2. Continue with 63g pours (no stir)

3. 12-14hr extraction in fridge
