About the Producer
This coffee comes from EDN, an independent processor in Ethiopia's Guji region, servicing several hundred smallholder farmers each with an average of 1-2 hectares of diversified farmland. During harvest, EDN employs over 200 people to manage the continuous sorting and drying of sun-dried cherry, and provides all workers and their families with educational resources, daily meals, and on-site lodging throughout the season.
