Per Se Blend centers around a coffee processed at the Mulish washing station in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia. Owned by Faysel Abdush, Mulish is known for its meticulous processing methods and is highly regarded as one of the top facilities within the Guji zone. The coffee undergoes a natural, or dry, processing method where the fruit remains intact while drying on the beans. This technique imparts a sweetness and distinct berry-like flavor, which act as the foundation for the blend.

Adding complexity to the blend are two fully washed coffees from some of the world’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. The first is a vibrant, citrusy coffee from Kenya, which beautifully enhances the blend and contributes to its delicate acidity. The second is a coffee from Colombia, which adds depth with rich flavors of baking spices and bittersweet chocolate. Combined with the perfect degree of roast, these coffees create a wonderfully balanced blend, ideal for enjoyment in the restaurants of one of the world’s best chefs.
