Now through October 31, we're donating 10% of all online Colombia coffee sales to a relief fund with Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia (FNC) to provide direct financial support to the communities impacted by the earthquake as they rebuild and recover.

Colombia's Huila region is one of the country's most celebrated coffee-growing areas, known for producing complex, high-quality lots at high altitudes. This Pink Bourbon from Finca Las Flores was processed at the Beneficio Peñas Blancas mill, a central processing facility run by Jhoan Vergara and Nestor Lasso, where innovative fermentation techniques like Thermal Shock are elevating the already exceptional coffees of the region.

Jhoan Vergara comes from a long line of coffee producers and inherited Finca Las Flores from his family. His dedication to quality and experimentation quickly earned him a reputation both in Colombia and internationally, recognized most recently by a 2026 Good Food Award for this lot.
