About the Producer
Marleny Betty Bototo owns the 2 hectare farm, Los Pinos, together with her husband. Just 1 hectare is planted with coffee, which is selected and harvested by hand. Marleny manages the fermentation, depulping and washing of the coffee that occurs before the coffee is spread onto raised beds for drying. This lot is made up of two varieties; Castillo & Pink Bourbon. Together these two varieties create a richly buttery cup with a clean and lively acidity.
